Die Intelligenz eines Menschen wird meist auf die Ebene des logischen Denkens und des Wissens reduziert. Das hat zur Folge, dass ein Kernaspekt der menschlichen Natur nicht berücksichtigt wird – die emotionale Intelligenz. Sie zeigt, wie selbstbewusst und selbstständig bspw. ein Kind im Lernprozess voranschreitet oder wie empathisch und feinfühlig es mit Anderen umgehen kann. Die emotionale Intelligenz macht einen großen Teil unserer umgebungs- und selbstbezogenen Intelligenz aus. Diese Fortbildung hat zum Ziel, Möglichkeiten zu vermitteln, die emotionale Intelligenz von Heranwachsenden gezielt zu betrachten und mithilfe von Bewegungsspielen zu schulen.
Inhalte
– Einführung in die theoretischen Grundlagen der emotionalen Intelligenz
– Vermittlung der Facetten der emotionalen Intelligenz (bspw. Selbstbewusstsein, Selbstständigkeit, Respekt, Empathie)
– Ansteuerung der verschiedenen Facetten in Bewegungssituationen und -spielen
– Reflexion des eigenen Verhältnisses zum Konzept der emotionalen Intelligenz in Bezug auf sich selbst und andere
